1 Agree to half pups back deal or all money must be paid at the time of breeding, money is non-refundable, if the breeding does not produce a litter of at least 1 puppy it is transferable to another stud service of your choice or toward the purchase of a dog/puppy from ( Florida Bluepits ) .
2. The owner of the female must provide proof of registration, pedigree and pictures of their female, we may also ask to see the female in person for inspection pending approval of stud service.
3. The female will be in good health and in good physical condition at the time of breeding or breeding will not take place.
4. The female will return home in the same condition she arrived in and the owner will keep in contact with( Florida Bluepits ) to check on their dogs progress. If the female is aggressive in any way toward dogs or humans the owner must inform us of that so we are aware of the issues and we must be able to work around them, if it is not possible the breeding will not happen.
5. If for any reason harm may come to your female while in our care the owner will be notified ASAP and we will proceed from that point.
6. The breeding process may happen by natural tie up or by A.I. We do not promise a tie up at any point, it just depends on each individual situation and what works best for that breeding pair.
7. If you want your female to be fed a special diet please provide enough of that food while she is in our care, or she will be eating the food of our choice, which is PRO PAC Chicken and Rice Formula.
8. The breeding time should only take about 1 week, as long as the female arrives here at the beginning of ovulation, we ask that you pick your female up as soon as the breeding is completed or make arrangements with us so we will know when you will be picking the female up.
9. Not every female is the same in their heat cycles, it is up to the owner to make sure the female is near ovulation when dropped off for the breeding, if the female has already passed this point in her heat she may not become pregnant.
10. The female will be kept indoors in a heated/air conditioned area along with our other dogs. She will have yard time and a crate to sleep in. We do have a large area of privacy fence for the females to run in, and they are supervised while running the yard, and will be the only dog in the yard at that time, the only time any other dog will be with them is at the time of breeding with the stud dog.
